Assassins

 

The Arden Theatre Company kicks off their 36th Season with Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman’s Assassins. This Tony Award - Winning Musical begins September  21, 2023, with an Opening Night on September 27. It has already been extended to October 22, 2023. Original and humorous, Assassins  tells the story of Americans consumed by grievance and a desperate need to be heard.  Arden’s production of Assassins is the 16^th time they have presented a show by Sondheim. There is an all-star cast including but not limited to Scott Greer, Katherine Fried,  Darren Micael Hengst, Monica Horan and Christopher Patrick Mullen. The outstanding production design team includes Paige Hathaway- Scenic Design, Thom Weaver - Lighting Design,  Elizabeth Atkinson - Sound Design,  Jorge  Cousineau -Video Design, and Ryan Touhey – Music Director/Orchestrations.
